Are you in favour??
The way I look at it, I can understand businesses & shops wanting to protect their customers, but to me the unvaccinated are taking the biggest risk.

//…and that explains why the UK death toll is 4500 times bigger? Pull the other one.//

I’ve no idea. I imagine it explains some of the difference. But you are right: comparisons between countries are inappropriate. There are a myriad reasons why different countries have seen different results. I, too, happen to think that the UK government has made some major blunders and we are left with the worst of both worlds – a huge number of deaths and a completely trashed economy. The path NZ has taken is different and not one I would like to have seen this country take. I believe their isolationism will prove very difficult to exit from and I can see it prevailing for years to come.
Death rates? Besides importing thousands of cases from countries that were keen to shift as many here as possible we also even counted the people who "died of fright" as covid victims.
I can't see any problem in having them although it depends on the information required for them.
When you get your jab you are given a card with the name of the vaccine and the date that it was administered. That should be enough proof.
Cards get lost and get torn and damaged with time though Danny
i have my little card when i got my vaccination, that should be enough proof,
When we have our second one, I'll laminate both and it'll go in our wallets
Bobbi, so do identity cards etc. If there is to be a vaccine passport I don't think that it will take the form of the normal passport.
Bobbi - when people realise how important they are maybe they will take care of them. Replacement ones issued at a realistic cost. A bit like birth certificates or share certificates.
Bobbi //When we have our second one, I'll laminate both//
Check your card.Mine has a space for the 2nd jab.
I do feel as I said earlier on this thread That the tourist industry will make it that people have a ' vaccine passport' and also paper / card would be I open to abuse and copying , I'm not sure what the answer is , I even imagine it being transcending to the workplace ?
Question Author

That's a good idea re your phone Sharon, I'm already going to laminate ours when we have our second one
Yes Danny , that's why I'll wait till it's done before laminating ours
