Print Screen Windows 11

I recently upgraded to Windows 11.  Previously to print screen, I just pressed prt scr on my  keyboard and then pasted it into a Blank document.   Now it says to press the Windows logo at the same... ...

Clipboard Problem

I've had to replace my laptop and now when I do Wordle etc and copy it to the clipoard I can't then paste it using alt and V, it just pastes the puzzle number but not the 'picture'.  Any ideas... ...
