He means that Muslim stabbers shout "allahu akbar" when going about their deeds but Christian stabbers don't shout about their God. So there's a religious element to it apart from any psychosis. Innit

I can: it's because an Islamic extremist believes as he has been told by his Imams & is stated in the koran, that he will die as a martyr by killing infidels & go straight to heaven where 72 virgins will be awaiting his arrival.

He wants to die as a martyr & all his previous sins will also be invalidated. These people live in terror of going to hell,
(Quran 104:5-9) & in many other parts.
