Theresa May said he is doing a 'good job' so we can be reassured.

Can't we??
largely irrelevant, all this mayor pony is just another hangover from Saint Tony. We need less public officials.
as i dont live in london, i couldnt care less
Neither could I, bednobs.
well Jerry springer ran minneapolis or somewhere
so it cant be that difficult
Doesn't affect me, but, surely at this time Londoners should be supporting their mayor and vice versa ?
Why Anne?

The citizens of London have plenty of questions to ask of the Mayor, the Government and the Security Services.

Or is this about supporting him in his war of words with the POTUS?
43% did not vote for Khan in the first place!
I dont think we should be judging Khan at this difficult time. The man is clearly under pressure and looks well tired. The Mayor has limited influence and to be fair this time he has spoken out against the scum acting under his religion.

Where we should judge him is how he takes the city forward and the actions he takes to integrate 'his community'.

Would you say the same about Mrs May??
Mrs may was home Secretary/ prime minister, I may be wrong but surely she is senior to Mr, khan in decision making?
On terrorism no I am not judging her either; yet.

On other matters she has failed miserably.
I've long since lost confidence in any city mayor. They just push their own looney tunes onto the long suffering public, who are forced to pay for them.
Londoners had to pay a lot for Boris's schemes; much less with Livingstone and so far nothing much for Khan. I'm fine with him, he seems a nice guy and has less of an edifice complex than his predecessors.
Pay a lot under Ken and Boris?

Pray explain?
He has shown class and professionalism by not responding to Trump's ridiculous tweets,
At least he cancelled the ridiculous vanity project that was the Garden Bridge, which had already cost an amazing £30-odd million, with nothing at all built
ymb, the garden bridge has cost £60m so far, even though it's not going to happen. There's a (doubtless partisan) breakdown of the cost of Boris here

He probably gets a free pass for the Olympic Stadium, which had all sorts of hands in the pot.

Ken introduced congestion charges - though he did have them on his manifesto, so people voted for them voluntarily.
