Moderate Muslims

Are the 'moderate' muslims in the UK aware that they will be crushed and treated as apostates if their dream of an islamic UK state were ever to become a reality?

In my opinion, islam is very much like communism. The standard bearers of both like to espouse the virtues of their particular political / religious ideology, knowing full well that many people will be slaughtered as a result. The ones doing the espousing always justify their belief by convincing themselves that they will be the ones who make up the ruling elite of such an ideology. It never seems to occur to these zealots and bigots that they will be eaten by their own.

Do the westernised, moderate muslims truly think that they will be spared the wrath of political islam?

Keyplus. Thank you for your answer to my question. I strongly disagree with your (and Sharia law) view on homosexuals, but that is your prerogative. Sexual relationships between humans is not solely for procreation, it is a form of bonding that is also used by a few other animals.

Whatever, if there is a 'Maker' as in religions then why are so many people born with physical and/or psycological disabilities, and indeed with different sexual preferences?

If Islam is so keen on 'taking over the world' as the fear-inducing media would like us to believe - I am curious to know exactly what they are waiting for?

Could it be that the vast majority of Muslims live in peace, following their faith to their own varying degrees of acceptance, and the newsworthy attention-seeking psychopaths who claim to act for Islam are simply a seriously bad, but seriously minority, aspect of their faith?

Insults are not good enough. You asked me, ‘Are you attacking the man or his religious orientation? If it is the latter then you should declare so.’ I said I don’t know the man; therefore it follows that I am attacking his religious orientation - so firstly you need to explain why you think I’m a bigot and secondly you need to cast your mind back to your claim that you are an Islamophobe solely from a political point of view – and think about that. Difficult that may be, but if your argument (such as it is) is to hold any water at all, that's what you need to do. A reasoned argument is always welcome to me.

And there are so many different animals that have sexual relationship with their own siblings, parents, children too. So perhaps that should also be allowed and most importantly accepted in a civilised society. So what are your thoughts?

Wildwood – Of course relationship is not only for procreation but that is the main reason. Otherwise you would not be here today if your parents had thought otherwise. As for your point about disability etc, then that is entirely a different subject and I will not go into that. One needs to believe in hereafter to understand Islamic concept of disability.

Finally the problem is that you agree or you do not but in Islam Sharia is for Muslims alone and if someone does not want to live according to Islamic (or any other religion) rules then leave the religion altogether and have your own way of life. And I believe most of the atheists have done so, now whether or not they made the right choice would be known after we are dead. So I am prepared to wait and see and so should be the others. For someone who confesses not know the the man (KP), you have come out with some pretty wild and below the belt accusations, for one, you have said he would sell his 9 year old daughter to to an old man.

My posts are neither wild nor below the belt – they’re accurate – and I didn’t say Keyplus would ‘sell’ his 9 year old daughter to an old man so please don’t misrepresent me. Keyplus said he would marry his 9 year old daughter to an older man ….. and no, I don’t think it’s something all Muslims do. However, some do. If I wasn't aware of your aversion to looking at links you don't want to see, I'd post one. As it is you can either take my word for it, ask him yourself, or remain in denial.

The simple fact is, you often advise us all that the Muslin 'take-over' is nigh here in the UK, and I deny it.

Looking at the country we share, there is more evidence for my argument than yours - unless they are being very very quiet about it - ?
