Not at all, If I had a dog I'm sure I would have got something similar this summer.
I'm not a dog lover, but I definitely don't think you have more money than sense. If buying the pool pleases you and, just as important, pleases Tilly, it's no-one else's business.
well that will be your bank account well-hosed.
To be fair, Tilly.. You would only need ten-Bob for that to be true, :0)
What's a few quid to make the dog happy...
Tilly will love it! Get in with her...
The grandson bought one for their dog. Despite going in any water he can find on walks, he wouldn't go in it. He just decided to drink from it!
I was listening to the radio earlier, and the presenter said that a lot of paddling pools have sold out, to dog owners. If your dog enjoys the water, why not. My old boy would have ran a mile from a pool, he wouldn't even walk through a puddle.
Lovely ..get in with tilly have fun in the sun x
always make some dosh by renting it out to other dog lovers.....
You can call it a hot dog tub:-)

I shall sit with my feet in it. It's arriving tomorrow.
I hope Tilly enjoys it. It's a damn good idea in this weather.
There are some delightful clips on Youtube of dogs enjoying pools.
Great idea.
We bought one, well, two actually, last year for our pup. They came as a pack of two from Argos for about £10, just small rigid plastic ones.
He loves them. Stands in and starts ‘digging’ the water with his front legs then lies down in it. It makes him a bit hyper though, he rushes round and round the garden when he gets out.
I dangle my feet in it too :)

Argos were sold out, Eth. I had to go on Amazon.
the river or the store?
My dog absolutely loved water. The paddling pool was mainly for him.
It's a great idea - it's not daft at all (says the person who has currently got the kids searching for a birthday present for the cat).
Tell Tilly not to come in the house with wet paws.
