Good evening and welcome to tonight's meeting of the Mad over Fifties Club.
Our tailcock tonight, a cheeky little latin number, will be the "Strictly Cha Cha Cha" a tribute to the latest series of Strictly Come Dancing. The hot plate special tonight a warming chicken casserole (well the temperatures have dropped) and on the pudding trolley we have a delicious creamy rice pudding, accompanied by a fruit compote. As always there is a varied selection of volley vonts and canopies
Up in the gallery the Minstrels are warming up, ready to give us their usual madrigals and toccattas, later on they have promised us a tribute to the greatest hits of AC/DC we might find ourselves well on the Highway to Hell this night!
For your further delight, performing in the ballroom will be local band the Tone Deafs playing some classics from the fifties. Also performing in the ballroom tonight, The great Marvo! Magician Extrordinaire! and is beautiful assistant Ethel.
On the north Tower the got tub is bubbling away, the mini bar as been refilled (yet again), the race track is open and the cars all revved up! The indoor swimming pool open (swimsuits are available) Members are encouraged to make full use of the facilities, the games room, and the library are all open for members (we have drained the outdoor pool) The bungee is ready for anyone wishing a "bounce" (just be mindful of the piranhas in the moat - they have been known to bite)
For the rofl tonight I offer:
A bag of tree clippings
tree loppers (busted)
Barometer (broken)
set of three paint tins (empty)
A warm welcome awaits all who dare enter these portals

carriages at midnight

Hi Daisy :) I'm good :) how are you?
Absolutely fine thanks. Have been enjoying the last of the summer sun whilst secretly hoping for rain so that I did not have to water the garden yet again.
Females can be hard to understand, even by themselves!
Knightrider, now there's a good idea Daisy Tony looks on Autotrader for an 82 Pontiac Trans Am.
Would Robocop be any good, nungate ?.

Well Daisy, thats an understatement, I'd say bloody well impossible !.
Then don't try. Just accept.
I gave up trying many years ago, Daisy ;-)
Aww I'm glad....I don't mind the rain but only if its not as heavy as yesterday - we had a leak at work. I like the rain when its bedtime..quite soothing
Walking along the beach in the rain is invigorating.
Keep telling myself it is good for my complexion.
Igor, may I have another drink? OR a cha cha cha if your chains allow? I believe the Tone Deafs are playing.
I believe the Tone Deafs are warming up now in the Ballroom, that magician was
not that great
I have your Cha Cha Cha Madame Daisy
And another bucket for me also, please Igor.
Are they Daisy, I like the Tone Deafs especially when they cover some of those Northern Soul hits.

IGOR! Why are you using my machine?
Evenin' all.
Roads are busy tonight.
Give us a chance to get me coat off and I'll sort out me riffle stuff
I do not wish to be a tattle tale Madame, but it's Frank ... he "borrowed" my machine to play games on it
So, he was THAT bad then, Igor.
Remember as a child having measles very badly. Friend of my father was in the Magic Circle and came to teach me some tricks, making a billiard ball disappear in a bag, amongst others.
Question Author
Very well Igor, you are excused. If it happens again come and see me first.
And tell Frank I shall require his presence in my chambers at the end of the evening's festivities.
Evening Mammar, nice to see you.

Igor, your gonna have to sort Frank out.
Was there an hole in the bottom of the bag, Daisy ?.
