Seems that way.

I feel the royal family should not be defending Andrew, and instead putting the spotlight on him, else it gives the impression the royals condone the behaviour.

If this was anyone else they would face retribution and trial.

Who would be a sailor eh?
As Lord of the Admiralty (twice) Sir Winston Spencer Churchill did them no favours by mentioning rum,bum and baccy did he?
The trafficking of girls ( whatever age) by Epstein for Andrew to use as he see's fit seems to be the question to be answered, and it looks very much as if no one will ever know, as there's no investigation taking place, and my thinking is , there won't be.
The girl ( adult now) who accuses him of wrong doing, received £15000 for that night ( according to last nights program) and went on to having two further nights with him. No good crying about spilt milk now.
He's a dodgy podgy geezer, a finger, a bad un. Arrogance personified, with a smackable face. A right Royal reprobate.
Never liked him.
// Chinese Wipers? //

I had some of them once. They were rubbish.

This is a difficult one for the Queen, and it will only get worse. Still, if they try to charge him with anything in America, I suppose he'll have diplomatic immunity, so no problem from that point of view.
I’m a Royalist but this man is a freeloader and does nothing for their reputation

I think a man sleeping with trafficked "underage girls" should face retribution. What kind of precedent does that set? Especially as a royal...
Who was underage?
The girl he apparently slept with was 17 therefore not under age
also, your term that is starred out refers to adults that sleep with children under 12 I believe.
Question Author
If you read the article, Virginia describes other participants - "The other girls all seemed and appeared to be under the age of 18 and didn’t really speak English.".

The term I used isn't specific and doesn't have a solid meaning. Hpwever, it's been removed from the thread so it shouldn't be a focus.
Your whole question in the title is referring to Prince Andrew being a ??? so how can we not refer to it?
Question Author
"I feel the royal family should not be defending Andrew, and instead putting the spotlight on him, else it gives the impression the royals condone the behaviour."

RR, no one knows what the stared word out is, well anyone joining the thread now won't, so it's evident that shouldn't be the focus of the thread. Try to focus on another aspect maybe

Fact is he is a *** in my personal opinion. Anyone over the age of 21, actively seeking out girls under the age of 18 solely for sex, in my opinion, is a ***. Let alone when these girls are trafficked.
There's no reason for the RF to defend Andrew at the moment, because there's no charges been made, or any investigation taking place as regards to Andrew.
//do you know what a *** is !! ? //
//A peado. //
Really? All they have to do is read the first two responses!
//Fact is he is a *** in my personal opinion. Anyone over the age of 21, actively seeking out girls under the age of 18 solely for sex, in my opinion, is a ***. Let alone when these girls are trafficked//

Firstly there is no evidence that he had sex with anyone who was trafficked
Secondly have sex with someone under 18 when you are over 21 is not illegal!
Question Author
If the person in question wasn't a royal, people would be looking at it differently. If you think that's OK RR, then whatever lol.

You don't think these girls were trafficked to that sex island?

"there's no charges been made, or any investigation taking place as regards to Andrew."

Exactly and that is the issue.

OK

Epstein got incarcerate, him and PA were very close. Even after Epstein was released from prison, PA made the first opportunity to get in touch.

When everything came to light and Epstein was imprisoned again, he then committed suicide in his sell (allegedly, i personally think he was murdered - I wonder why and by who...)
OK
Send in Gene Hunt to investigate
We all have our own thoughts on this matter, but if you look at similar cases over the last 5/6 year's one has to tread carefully.
