For once the judiciary gets it right despite the efforts of the MSM to paint a different picture and are stil claiming on their website she was trafficked.
max, they are just quoting the judge
TTT - xxx :)))
Silly question of the day but here goes. Who's paying her legal fees for these appeals?
Probably pro bono work.
she'll probably come back in at some point in a rubber boat - then the RN could use it for target practice.
Shamina claimed she was trafficked. I have not heard her name her traffickers or any organisations to support her claims.
One of the people who facilated her journey from Turkey was as agent of Canadian security forces.

oh dear, 'ow sad, never mind !..
...and ive just listened the radio news and some naive leftie muppet from amnesty or whatever theyre called, saying how the decision is wrong, shes British, this is her country blah blah yada yada, and how we should look after our citizens like other countries do...why do they give fools like him the air of publicity...im starting to think its to deliberately wind people up...i had a good laugh though...is what would have wound me up is if shed been allowed to return...
sandyRoe, the government is looking after the welfare of its citizens. It’s keeping her out.
"Silly question of the day but here goes. Who's paying her legal fees for these appeals?"
