Think I will go for affordable homes, but I mean affordable. Renting seems to be the only option for many people, so councils should ear mark land available to government followed up by government money to go ahead.

A prefabricated manufacturer base should be set up for council/ government production ONLY, to supply such. Flat pack building is on the increase in other countries, its quicker and cheaper, and I really can't find a reason why It can't be done here. Where there's a will there's a way ( always)

It must be an awful situation to be in especially if you have children living in hotel rooms and generally living in cuckooland with no sight of a better future. A home of your own brings more happyness than anything else. A stable home life can improve a mountain of other problems not to mention a stable regular school if you have children.
