Closures

Within the past hour have received four emails about closures. T J Hughes closing with immediate effect as are my hairdresser, chiropodist and nailbar. Coped without these before so will just have to again.

I have decided my hair can just grow and look like a bush. Won't matter because I won't be going anywhere soon. My hairdresser comes to the house, but no chance of that. My friend and mobile dog groomer can still come because she can park her salon in the drive. So at least the dog will look beautiful!

if you like the service
ask if they do house calls
some will jump at the chance of SOME income instead of nil

Same here! And the dentist! Hairdresser and gym closed. I’ll look a wreck in three months!

My hairdresser ONLY does house calls, but because the majority of her clients are pensioners and self-isolating she is closing down meantime.

I think my hairdresser will stop working too, Maggie. She has two school age children and elderly parents and parents in law. But if there is a shutdown she will have no option.
