I keep getting chucked off this ie I could be having a chat with someone but then they are told that I am displayed as being offline (and it prompts me to sign in again) Anyone got any idea why?

packard bell audio dream problem

it is the 1gb colour audio dream and when i switch it on all i get is the packard bell logo and it doesnt load up any of the songs whatsoever, does anyone know how i can fix this?
