My worst TV moment...not that I have many...was, when I was about fourteen, telling the parents I was staying with my friend across town...she told her parents she was staying with me. We hitched to Blackpool on a march...CND or maybe Young Socialists. Our fathers were watching the news when......!

She was on screen for about a second or two just around 8.00 spotted her and her bf in the back strait. Now I'm expected to sky + the repeat at 2.00am!

No need to duck Excel, I only spotted her because I'm her mum. She was on tv when she was at school, remember the programme Highway with Harry Secombe? Well they did a programme from here, once - we have (apparently) Scotland's largest Parish Church and the programme was centred around that but they also went to Queenies school - and there she is crossing the playground in her tracksuit (filmed on a Tuesday, swimming day) wellies on, trouser half way up her leg, jacket undone and flying open, hair all skewed a true picture of sartorial elegance! (she was six) She hasn't changed, always dresses for comfort rather than elegance!
