With a pedigree like Corbyn and now Starmer, my answer is, a big fat zero Hymie, Corbyn for example would have been right there in Moscow shaking Vlads hand
to claim that they would have been just as incompetent as Boris and his government is bizarre

no - - this is pure AB - mainstream even,
[ on the mad. no I can be madder scale, that we see so often and which keeps me coming back and er enjoying] - and spitefully and mercilessly ridiculing
The main purpose of my post (10:57) was to inform/educate fellow ABers – but knowing that the rabid Boris/Tory supporters will take offence to such a truth and post all sorts of nonsense – makes the post/thread more interesting.
Awww Sorry Hymie , I’m into sweet mince pies now, far more enthralling ;0)
I had already decided that an education at Eton made anyone unfit for office

my purpose of including yesterday's faux pas ( only) was to inform and entertain

you get yobs everywhere.

Oliver Miller said of Jonathan M: we were educated according to our parents political beliefs and not our educational needs
oo-er doctor! (holland park comprehensive)

I was taken away from posh expensive school and spent the final year at a comprehensive, whilst my parents went on a decent cruise holiday with the fees saved. It takes a long time to accept - it is their money, they can spend it how they like.

I mean poor Harry was 'sent' to Eton, and had difficulty with 'O levels'. - out of his depth, better off with rugger baggers of Gordounstoun

// but for how long //

2 years minimum to become party leader.

6 years minimum to become PM.
// Boris Is Out Of The Picture ?//

About time.
He isn't the most photogenic person.
most politicians aren't 1ozzy
Is that a prerequisite?
we pick them on the basis of their integrity, getting the job done, and so much more, they don't have to be good looking, most aren't.
Thatcher had a (last) cabinet of handsome yes men
and it all turned to mud
