Cramp In Calves

Can any of you remember some home remedies for cramp in calves at night? Asking for my sister. I remember reading something, somebody suggested and I thought I would pass this information on. Its gone out of my head. Thanks. :-)

I also take magnesium...and if I don't, I notice the difference.

when you talk about the vitamins ie magnesium, potassium etc. Could you provide a link -like what strength. I'd like to pass this information on too.

I suffer from cramp in my calves, which I think is caused by medication, possibly stomach lining tablets. I have found that Freeze spray seems to work well, and enables me to get back into bed and go asleep again.
