I suffer from arthritis in my spine, hips and knees. I also get terrible pains in my feet and cramp in my calves whilst in bed at night which affects my sleep. Is this common with any other arthritis sufferer?. I am getting the foot problem checked out by a specialist in due course (probably a 15 month wait), but in the meantime would be interested to know if any others suffer this and what helps them.

Bottom, thigh and abdominal toning.

keenu. Thanks for your recommendation. I have now been taking it for about a week and think it may be working. Considering I went to the Ideal Home Exhibiton yesterday and was on my feet for five hours I am not too bad. Will give a report in another couple of weeks.
