The Club is now Open

Welcome once more to one and all.

I hope that all members have recovered from the festive festivities and that the stocks of Alkaseltzer have been replenished.

No doubt an array of nibbles and tailcocks will arrive soon (festive leftovers, perhaps) along with an explanation for the spaces in the cellar...

Any unwanted Xmas presents will be welcome for tonight's raffle.

So far we have......nothing...

Good evening m'lady. May I wish you and all club members a very good 2012. I am just passing through as rustication is the name for my weekends lately. I am sorry to tell you (yeah right) that all of my presents are very much wanted - boxed gifts of Courvoisier and Martell especially - so tough luck on the riff raff for tonight. I know you would have had the winning tickets had I subscribed :))
Good evening Milady and welcome back to your rightful place presiding over things, I did my level best and hope all is in order.

The buffet is simple yet elegant after the rich fare of the festive season, but all arrayed as usual on the buffet sideboard. A good choice of drinks also...
this week's guest tailcock is the Bas Relief - a newish return of an old favourite which packs a surprising punch.

For the wiffle

A willie warmer (green)
A table leg
4 Aces
Caravan awning
and
a lightswtich.
Question Author
Ena, how nice to see you. We haven't crossed swo...paths for some time now due to your tagg...rustication.
Sadly I feel the raffle may be low in prizes this week ...

HNY to you too and everyone else. :-))
You call stuffed pigs trotters 'elegant' Mamya? Thuddddddddddddddd
Question Author
Hello Mamya and thank you for all your efforts.

The raffle is building up.
Excuse my asking this as the subject is a little indelicate, but are many willies green ?
Question Author
Elegant is as elegant does, Ena....don't get above yourself.
Good evening m'lady, Matron...

For the rofl I can offer -

Some dusters
1/2 case of Mr Sheen
A vacuum cleaner (not working ... much)

I shall begin passing out tailcocks & hiding coats immediately.

Oh - m'lady? I believe the gaps in the cellar were caused by very, very big rats.

With corkscrews.

And opposable thumbs.
Well, if I don't, who will, m'lady?
Good evening Buttle - nice to see you, to see your opposable thumbs - nice :)
Question Author
As I know you to be a man of honour, LIK I will enquire no further as to the cellar gaps.
I do, however, expect you to set down some rat traps...

Welcome, HNY and thank you for the raffles.
Ahem. Good evening, Miss ttfn - your usual unfeasibly large tailcock, Miss...
Question Author
Are you *very* tall, Ena ?
Not as tall as she was , those tags are heavy.
Thank you m'lady, consider it done.

Tailcocks, tailcocks! Get 'em while they're punchy, they're lovely!
A happy New Year to you all and I hope its a tailcock, pleasurable, mad and stupendous one.

I am off the cocks tonight - the monthly fast from the ethanol invading le foie.

The riffle is to the point:

A packet of Italian condoms, the points cut off
A Jewish star, the points cut off
A ticket to see the Needles, plenty of points
A pencil, no point
The Pointe Book: Shoes, Training & Technique [Paperback] - all about points
A single ticket to Brimingham on a Sunday - no point as there are no points working on Sunday
A NatWest Cashpoint with no cash
A pointer with no point

Hello DT.
Thank you so much for your pointless prizes.

Are you sure you can keep up the abstinence thing ? A month is an awfully long time....
I think we get the point DT. Evening all. Will it be alright to park the llam in the stables as per usual Milady? May I have a bucket of your goodly brew Mama?
Question Author
The stables are at your disposal, Nun. Feel free to park your Llam anywhere that takes your fancy ( or its)
A salver of Bas Relief awaits all
Thank you Buttle - someone who appreciates me (or my thirst) at last x
M'lady, I am always tall enough to reach the drinks cabinet and apparently am quite tall after a good long sleep - something to which I am not often accustomed. However, I am going for it tonight, whilst cellar stocks are up a bit.
