Haven't we heard enough from this self-confessed liar. Surely the last thing we want is for the Andrew Saga to plunge 2023 News back into the cesspit which 2022 has become.

He didn't assault her. She was a willing participant - three times.
maxwell was found guilty of trafficking her and epstein certainly would have been if he had lived... if she was trafficked then she wasn't willing
untitled, it doesn't matter how much you want it to be, if it isn't, it isn't.
it's a fact that she was a victim of trafficking at the time... nothing to do with what i want
This is about Prince Andrew. He has committed no crime. How difficult is that for you to understand?
you're right he's been convicted of nothing... and i doubt that he ever would be because he is royal
sigh ...
Interesting that those who positively contort themselves to assure us of the 'innocence' of the dreadful Prince, seem less interested in confirming that Ms Guiffre has committed no crime either.

Apart from pointing out the evil behaviour of rich monsters.

I can't see anyone contorting themselves - you seem to be imagining that - but did anyone accuse her of a crime? If they did I must have missed it.
Absolutely, Andy. What is the matter with people?..
She went willingly with Epstein to be his masseuse when she had no experience being paid far more than people with years of experience.
The only thing PA is guilty of is poor judgment
Patsy, who accused her of committing a crime?
Question Author
She admitted that she lied in Court (in another case). Isn't that a crime?

However unsavoury Andrew may appear to be, the only "evidence" against him is this girl's testimony.

My OP was suggesting that the gag should remain, otherwise she is highly likely to court further publicity with regurgitated allegations, she being unable to resist the rich rewards for so doing being dangled by the Gutter Press. The latter know that the Palace are unlikely to prosecute for slander/libel.

Sadly, a significant number of the general public lap up "beating a man when he's down", therefore doing so becomes very profitable for the Mucky Media.
Canary - // Sadly, a significant number of the general public lap up "beating a man when he's down", //

That's an interesting assessment or a man who is generally acknowledged by people who have had much to do with him, of being arrogant, boorish, pompous, stupid, and exercising galaxy-sized bad judgement on more than one occasion.

If he is 'down', it's because he put himself there, and has no-one else to blame for that.

I totally agree.
If there is no guilt there, why did Andrew part with the cash, and stripped of his Royal duties? The whole saga is very distasteful, to say the least.
Spungle I don't know this for sure, but I read that if it went to court then Meghan Markle could be called as a witness as it is thought she was providing a similar service on yachts, and so the money was paid to stop her being called and bringing more disgrace on the family.
Let me repeat, it is only what I read.
RH ///The only thing PA is guilty of is poor judgment///

This reads like the words of an apologist.

Go back 12 years to 2010, PA was to stay at Epstein's New York mansion. This happened shortly after Epstein was freed, having been gaoled for child sex offences in 2008.

As for lack of judgement, one could be forgiven for thinking PA was complicit.

If we're offering the notion of 'poor judgement' as an excuse, the surely we can extend that to Ms Guiffre as well.

She was younger, and far less experienced in the ways of the world than Prince Andrew, so if 'poor judgement' excuses his part in this sorry situation, does that also apply to her as well?

I think it must.
The plot seems to have been lost here. Her judgement isn’t the issue. Her mouth is.
