A prime minister who was unequal to the crises he faced... a man who was never suitable for leadership elevated and rewarded eagerly by opportunistic short-sighted tories... he has seriously damaged this country and so have all his supporters.

Just heard. I don't think he was doing the Conservative Party any good in the eyes of the general public and future general elections.
I can’t see things getting any better.
Good
// Dominic Cummings, Boris Johnson's former chief adviser, said in the last few moments that "inside the bunker they're saying it's over".
He adds that the cabinet secretary is "organising process" for a new prime minister to be elected.
"Regime change is here", Mr Cummings adds. //
Yes, best PM this century hounded out for trivia, everyone happy now?

I guess they are - but for how long remains to be seen.
"hounded out for trivia"

What trivia would that be, then?
ToraToraTora...

do you think Johnson knew that Chris Pincher was a sexual predator when he promoted him?
Hope the new incumbent won't want the No. 10 flat redecorated ;-)

Poppycock - read the link!
His MPs had mutinied. An incredible thing to occur with such a large majority.
The Conservatives urgently need a new leader who can unify the party.
And the country needs a Government with some talent in it, not the halfwits we have had to put up with for 2 years.
A good day for the Conservatives, a bad day for Labour.
Maybe I'm the only one left, but I'm sorry to see him go.
Ok, I read it...

I stand by what I wrote.
Yes, I am happy now.

I don't call the country being run by an unelected eco green zealot a trivial thing. Neither do I call presiding over the highest taxes for decades and a giant Government a trivial thing for a supposed Conservative Prime Minister (We all know he is a green liberal really)

For the record I dont give a monkeys about cakegate, beer gate or supposed lies.
09.15 "The Party's over,,,, time to call it a day"
Time to become un-radicalised
throw away those blinkers
Fill the tunnel in TTT ,,, just get over it.
TTT is clearly suffering from amnesia. I thought he thought that awful Thatcher was the best PM ever. Oh yes, TTT the great British public really love a PM who is an inveterate liar.
