The more I read about the Markle family, the more I feel this wedding is a big mistake. Read on Yahoo today "Meghan Markle's sister launches scathing attack on Kensington Palace for not supporting her father." They are not going to go away and it doesn't bode well for the future if Meghan wants to stay in touch with them.

Actually having read a bit more about this it seems Markle senior was hounded by photographers and agreed to give them some pics for some dosh and I can’t say I blame him.
And now he feels embarrassed and to show his face. He founds like a lonely isolated man thrown into the spotlight and been given no meaningful help by the royal establishment - not learning from previous cockups.
Then again I’m more with another American Rhett B, on the whole thing :-)

Surely the same could be said of Meghan? " - fair point, what we have here is a symbiotic agreement, Harry needs a wife and Megan Craves the status that marrying H will give her. I sincerely hope they are truly in love but I have my doubts. Would she even look at Harry twice if he was a normal bloke? I think not. It will probably come out later but I'll bet that Harry probably has someone he'd rather marry but for whatever reason cannot. Yes the royal family has many privileges but they don't have the most important one of all, freedom to do what they want.

I don't think that's true in this case. There might have been some questions asked if it was William, but even then he'd probably still do what he wanted. The monarchy isn't what it used to be.

Love the fact that the red hair thing is always trotted out with nudge nudge. It proves nothing. Diana's siblings are red heads. Plenty of royals were too.

I hope they don't allow the last few weeks to mar their big day. I particularly wish her half siblings would just crawl away. The bile they have spewed is appalling.

He's royal - one of his frenz sold his hair ( er from a hairbrush) you need a root - and yup he is royal related

( that was on mt - DNA - you need a hair root - and surprisingly these are clonal (each whole root comes from one cell) - as opposed to the average red cell which comes from around six)

I suspect the couple know each other better than any of us do.

My brother-in-law is a 'nutter' (medical term) and wasn't invited to our wedding, either....
