The AB membership does have a lean towards small-c conservatives, in fairness to some claims here.

Maybe we can do a follow up poll for "which issue is most important to you" - such as self determinism, immigration, economy etc - suggestions welcome :)
Definitely an out vote from me.
I feel the same as Quoi - heart out, head in. I haven`t decided yet.
Yes Hoppy and it was Tony Benn who termed the initial entry in 1973 a "political Coup" - It was one of the few issues that Enoch Powel and Tony Benn agreed on!
I'm a definite outer, by the way
O, Enoch! Where are you now when we need you?
O.U.T. !!
Out.
Not only Tony Benn, Hopkirk, a certain J. Corbyn was hotly against it until surprisingly recently.
Appropos OP, just seen the 1st 2 'LEAVE' placards by the roadside.
I'm a head and heart 'outer'.
If I remember correctly, in 1983 the Labour slogan was, "No to the EC", "Yes to a united socialist states of Europe" Says it all.

Ed - //The AB membership does have a lean towards small-c conservatives, in fairness to some claims here. //

That is apparent by the daily insults dished out to supposed tree-hugging lentil steamers who clutter up the News Section with their liberal softie ideas when everyone knows they all need a haircut and two years in the army!
OUT now,

But I think on the day of voting it will change to IN.

Why the small-c Ed? Would you also agree that AB moderators lean slightly to the left?

Good idea Ed, it would be interesting to know the main reasons why some would rather stay in, and why others wish to come out?

Perhaps you could provide a list of reasons and let ABers choose their reasons?

What do you think will happen nearer the day, that you suspect will make you change your present mind?
I think our Ed should indefinitely suspend all ABers who wish to stay in the EU. :-) ☺☺☺

Hans.
no to TTIP, no to protectionist cartels, no to the EU.

Please keep on track, we don't want this to be turned into a completion on who can insult the most.
