Welcome again, friends, old and older, mad and madder.

What delights will this evening hold for us all ?
Here's hoping for a new and delicious tailcock, a bit of assiduous buttling (later as he is detained elswhere...no word of any butcher lady, though, thank goodness), an ode from the bard and news from all, of course.)

For tonight's raffle , so far I have:

A tin of Ox Blood shoe polish (unopened)
A small feather duster for cleaning small crevices
Six blue cardigan buttons (well, you don't have to use them for a cardigan, that's just where I got them)
Fifteen toilet rolls (Izal, the hard stuff...very good for comb and paper )

Good evening Milady and fellow guests, in light of the message from the Butler that he may well be late in arriving (mumblings of Wemberley...whatever that is?) I have secure access to his crannies, so will be hiding all outerwear myself tonight. I am sure most will have coats as the air is decided chilly tonight.

Memo - do take a stroll around the ramparts to see if you can spot the 'Super Moon' tonight.

To warm us I have made a lovely big Hot Pot, accompanied by spiced pickled beetroot. There is the usual array of nibbles too.

Tonight's Tailcock is - Ramires Raa - a saviour in a glass and a start as you mean to go on kind of drink.

For the Rofl

Scarlet ribbons (surplus to requirements)
3 earplugs
1 drumstick (musical variety)
An egg slicer
Birhday candle (age 5)
I have been watching this for 4 weeks, and still haven't the foggiest idea what is going on!.
Like a drink?

Tonight's tailcock sounds heavenly. Large one for me , please.

Is there a Super Moon tonight, or is moonie about ?

I don't know, that butler and his footie...can't get the staff these days.

Good evening milady and matron I am trusting you are both well ? I will leave my poncho over the bannister while I deposit these waffle donations,
an empty bottle of beer.
tin of anchovies ( before best before dates )
a green hair band .
I will away to the tailcocks.
waves at percy ~~~~~~~~

Hello flump...lovely prizes...
Poncho is well crannied Flump.
Just go with the flow Percy, no one actually knows what's going on, this is the place for the bemused, bewildered and just (as in my case) plain daft. Good evening to all.
In view of the fact that I worship at the Team of the Camp Nou, I shall refrain from your (usually) most delicious Tailcocks Mama and partake of the most excellent brew which I carry in a tartan thermos concealed within the depths of my reticule. The coach and pair will return for me later (still have the "injury") should I disappear betwixt now and 10.00 fear not I shall be in some quiet corner watching Pep's final game at the Camp Nou...

Hello nungate...fear not about disappearing...I shall also most likely disappear shortly to get my fix of The Bridge...
Oh is the small feather duster suitable for cleaning my next-door neighbour 's great grandmother's sister-in-law's auntie's best friend's belly button fluff ??
Question Author
Hello DT...hope your G is with you too tonight (and always)

Hope I win the anchovies too...they're in date which is a novelty here.
I have a very large Singapore Sling stashed away, Mama, and a couple of Estrella Damms, and I know for sure there's a nice bottle of Rioja ................ you have quite enough to do this evening, since the butler has taken a little "gardening leave" I shall be quite fine for the time being (Messi scored a few minutes ago - time for a toast methinks!)
ah Lady alex, I am sorry to disappoint you , I think Noah may have canned the anchovies. They have no date on them. Sorry if I misled you earlier .
Question Author
