mine? I had to leave work early to see an eye specialist. my appt was at 4pm, and I arrived at 3.40. at 4pm a couple came in and I heard them say "we're early" but they went straight through to see the same man! I had to sit until 4.40 when I was called.

so, I'm looking a bit p*ssed off. he said he hadn't known I was there, and apologised. he then handed me a black eye patch to cover my eye, and said (in a Chuckle Brothers manner), "if you can tell me a pirate joke, you get extra points!"

I nearly took HIS eye out!

Yes,I'm the same! I've had a long but quite warm day today.
It got a bit too warm at one point.By mid-afternoon in work I could have easily drunk a pint of cold lager.
Oooo now the evening has arrived I can now chill out.
Nothing on telly to interest me tonight,so I will just sit by the computer for a little while,and then do a couple of crosswords after.
There was something that surprised me earlier on in our conservatory.A fly just whizzed past me as I was sitting on a chair,and I could see there was another fly stuck to this bigger fly.I thought it was doing you-know-what.
But,no,it wasn't doing you-know-what!! This slightly bigger fly wasn't a bluebottle but sort of on the sleek and thin side.
It was actually eating the smaller fly,like a leech sucks the blood from any animal.Sorry if that sounds horrible,but I have never seen a fly eat another fly before.I didn't stay long though to see it all.

iv just bin told by someone who isnt family that last friday my dad had an operation!

When I got home earlier,I had a roast chicken dinner and a lovely glass or two of chilled medium white wine.
I felt great after drinking my chilled wine.

Just thrown in the deep end a bit today and nothing was straight forward or owt I'd been trained on so the noggin took a bit of a battering in the thinking on my feet department. Plus two of the guys I spoke to went in to some detail about their symptons... really, really yucky detail and it put me off my afternoon fruit. Then it took me nearly 2 and a half hours to get home and I found three very horrible letters waiting for me of the financial kind so all in all I'm just ******* dandy! :c(

and thanks. my eye problem goes back to a car accident many years ago, and left me with David Bowie eyes! (it's called Horner's Syndrome.. my vision is okay but it causes a few "issues")

Nope, not free. I still can't use Jogger Me, so I have to sneak out of the Dungeon as DungeonJayne.

I got a new "out of the Dungeon" name lined up, as we discussed a few days ago. I've called myself ...

But I'm getting used to DungeonJayne, so I may not use the other one. But, if I can't get JoggerJayne back, and minxy-jayne3 appears, well that's me.

I only finished work at [checks time] 8.45, so wine o�clock is almost three hours late today. Mind you, I think I was trolleyed from Friday afternoon until Sunday night, so that might not be a bad thing.

I�m just wondering what to have for dinner. I�m in one of those �hungry, but can�t be bothered to cook� moods. I just fancy having a shag and going to bed but �

� well, the first bits not going to happen is it.

btw, I'm still really grateful for looking out for me when I got banged up in the Dungeon. I was a bit scared that nobody would notice that I was gone.
