Having had two hips replacements I look back with envy at my best 1/2 marathon time of 1h 29m ( and think god did I really do that ?)

used to take my dog on 10k-s - used to love it

Lol!!...I noticed my weird wording too late.
She did it in 2.5 hours...she was a bit disappointed, but admitted she'd not trained enough. In serious pain now...beer hasn't helped. ;-0
She's raised 500 so far. Yay lil pasta!!
