We did similar for MIL 65th birthday. One son was to "bring her out for a quiet drink", while other family and friends gathered in the pub/restaurant. She arrived and entered to a chorus of "Happy Birthday" singing. She was very surprised and delighted until she saw the cake..........She exclaimed "I`m only 64!"
