More than likely you'll need to know either the engineers or master password to do this. In most cases, there is a jumper on the main control panel PCB which will reset all parameteres. After this, it's a matter of guesswork to what the default passwords are. Usually something like 9999 or 0000. And then you'll have to know how to enter it. Try and find a manual on t'internet.

There is definately as manual on the internet somewhere because I have found it before now and printed it off. I can't find it now but try google and enter the maker and model.
