Sky Remote/Volume

Ive got sky+ and the volume button of the remote doesnt seem to do anything. Ive got a Pacific tv. Is there something i need to do to get this to work?

You can "program" your Sky+ remote control to do all your TV operations. Have a look in the book that came with your Sky+ box.

You may be able to find the same info online.

My Sky+ remote can turn the TV off, change TV channels, do the TV sound and so on.

Some models of TV are compatible with the remote and others aren't. My Ferguson TV is about six or seven years old and won't work through the remote.

I'm on Cable, and to get the sound working on the remote, I had to call them and get a code for it, daft, but there it is, its just possible you may have to do the same.

if you go onto interactive then customer services, it has the step by step guide of how to do it, i have done it with both of my boxes and it worked

Nearly every make of TV has a code that has to be typed in on the sky remote as well as a few button pushes,

Hiya.. just do a search on google.

I cant find the site at the moment :( .. I used it just the other week to program mine,, it will give you a 4 digit code that you type in etc.

You will prob have to do it if you change ur batteries n keep them out for some time

it took me quite a while to sort my samsung out , but this site listed mant more code numbers of which did the trick , so all functions work now , hope you find the fix in these codes , regards Miikae
