Sky Remote and Volume

Hi all,

Not sure I've put this in the right place, but recently we swapped tvs in the living room and now the volume control on our sky remote doesn't work: we have to use the tv remote. This is fine, but it does end up that we have fifteen remote controls on the sofa...ok, slight exaggeration!

I had a bit of a look on the settings, but couldn't find anything. Can anyone help? I also did a search on AB, but didn't get very good results, so thought I'd post

Actually, AB's just been quite helpful whne I tried to submit my question. Is there a code? Our tv is LG plasma screen and we have sky+. Anyone out there have a code and able to tell me what to do?

Thanks in advance
Jo

Have you got the documentation that came with the Sky+ box or the Remote Control. All the codes for the different TVs are listed in there.

They are listed on this web site

Yes, RTFM is, as is often the case, the answer!

There is no need for that loosehead !

Thanks vehelpfulguy,

I've had a go with all the codes I could find but no joy. It's quite a new tv, so we'll have to wait a while.

Does anyone know how long it takes for new tvs to get a code?

Thanks again.
