has it got writing on it?

is it a button cell? Any pound shop. Does it have a number on it, like CR2032?

What like does it look? Can you take a photo of it and upload it?

What is the alarm make and model?

It's similar to the small battery in an old SLR camera I think. Same shape as a AAA but a lot smaller.

From your description it could be an LR1/E90.

Just guessing

or a CR123

CR123 - designed for use in Arlo cameras, sensors, keyless locks, photo flash and flashlights

Surely the battery you have has a reference number on it and the voltage?
