Why is this website so unreliable?

How often has this site crashed or only partially loaded for everyone else? As much as I like the answerbank, it is certainly the most consistanty unreliable site I visit on the web. Why is this?

PC won't switch off

Can anyone help an answerbank regular who's PC won't swich off. I'm using XP and after clicking start and the small option screen comes up and i select shut down nothing happens and i can still work...

Once the downloaded file/programme has been setup/installed on your computer, can you then delete the file you have downloaded? Does it take room up on your PC hardrive unnecessarily? And finally.....
