Excellent suggestion Starlady.
Agreeing with bhg
Prdie - I think that's true but (selfishly) I'm more concerned about dogs attacking me in the street then I am about idiots or their family being attacked by their own dog in their own home.
I derfinitely don't agree that all dogs should be muzzled in a public place. The majority of dogs are fine, it's only a minority (as usual) that cause a problem and because of them we all have to pay the price! My lovely, gentle 15 year old dog wouldn't hurt a fly and neither would the dogs of my dog walking friends in the park. We are all responsible and decent owners and I pay my taxes and rates so WHY shouldn't I walk my well behaved and friendly dog in a public place ??
