The lawyers of Ashley Cole are looking for internet users willing to be interviewed about being a possible witness in a court case. What are your views on this? Would you be prepared to give evidence? I think its a bit of a controversial thing to ask. Who is going to want to give evidence?????

Hi all, and especially to all the posters from the original thread.
It's was always hard to believe TNOTW didn't have hard evidence to even hint at who the players were.
As for our involvement, within the thread, we only named the people in the photos printed in TNOTW. This was fact and not speculation or roumor.
However if anyone has gone away and made claims that based on these facts that the Named parties had conducted themselves in this way then I guess they are responsible for libel.
Only one party is responsible for those players being named and that was TNOTW. They have now paid the price i guess.
Like the new name btw colesys.
