Be careful Scrivens, I'm sure that the "where there's a blame, there's a claim" bunch of solicitors (with a small s) can find a way of suing you for that.
Nope, though one of the band members (violinist) was from the next town as me when I was growing up.

Does that count?

Not personally no Anne, oddly enough!

I think the Iceberg was a distant relative!
;-)
Yes and no, It was a long time ago.

No, I was wrong,
I was thinking of Aunt Floe!
Some of the guides on the Belfast tour buses crack a joke about the Catholics building the iceberg while the Protestants were building the Titanic.
Not as far as I know, TWR......but 'twould be no surprise....☻

Merry Christmas....Happy New Year and I'll toast you with a brandy...xx
On thinking about it, by now everyone must have had a relative on the Titanic.

2 To go, all the very best to you all, don't get to pizzed you lot, gness, tht includes you lol lol xx
Curious to know why you ask TWR? I allegedly had a great-aunt who, as a single pregnant woman, was booked on it. It was assumed she had perished till her daughter turned up on my mother's doorstep in the 60s looking up her Scottish relatives. Her mother had banned the children from getting in touch so they waited till she'd died. I haven't researched it.
My great Uncle "Paddy O'Reilly" installed the swimming pool on the titanic, he must have done a great job, when they found the titanic the pool was apparently still full!

I am intrested in the Titanic Blackie, a person with my surname was on it.
I have a morbid fascination with it. Now that 100 years have passed there's more information available. I fleetingly looked for a passenger list a while ago but they all wanted money!
