Sounds like a good day McM. My blue tits must be just about ready to fledge, saw mum bringing beak-full of grubs to the box today. Planted a wild flower "meadow" yesterday - well a patch actually. Off to cut the grass, afraid there's no Mr M so it's down to me. Hedge needs cutting, but blackies nesting there so it will have to wait. Have a lovely day.

I'm imagining myself on a rug, under Mousey's apple trees, with my straw hat, reading Alice In Wonderland, or Three Men In A Boat. Mousey has just come out with Pimms and Crabbies ginger beer. Oh. Now it's raining. Yikes, wasp, go away. Oh god, I've knocked over the Pimms. Aargh, the rug's getting soaked, and my books are all wet. Quick, run.
