If he's found guilty, then I hope he gets a very severe sentence.

OMG.poor poor cody,at least no more pain for him.my dog is called cody and he was found tied up outside a vet with a bad leg and had to get it amputated,but he is in a good home now and much loved.

I suspect they'll get a suspended sentence and banned from keeping animals for five years, oh and maybe pay a few costs. There's no justice for tortured animals in this world I'm afraid.

Very sad to hear Cody has succumbed. I was hoping for a much better outcome.
I hope those 2 are the right 2 and get the full penalty (plus more) thrown at them.
