The Club is now Open.

The Committee has decided to re-instate the raffle this week.

Prizes so far include :
A tin of sardines, sell by date illegible
4 reels of black cotton
Half a box of chocolates (Hard centres only)

As we have not had a demonstration for some time, perhaps we can prevail upon one of our members to give us an illustrated talk on the subject of their choice ?
The Committee is aware that many members are very talented and in these straitened times we must make our own entertainments.

Members will also be glad to know that the oubliette has been cleared and cleaned, ready for .....

Don't tell Matron I have calmed you down Jem - she will accuse me of being after her job. But I am a reformed character I tell you (and I can't afford the wages)

Yeah! Iremember Robert Preston, he had a tash didn't he?

Some of those yester-year singers make yer toes curl.

I'm going to retire to the armchair now to watch my recording of Michael Macintire to cheer me up. I still dunno what the trouble was. But if I offended anyone I'm truely sorry it was unintentional.

I have trained you well grasshopper, you can pay me later.
np Jem - have good night relaxing, sweet dreams and ttfn ♥
Yes I deserved to be reported, sorry folks it won't happen again, I did put a fiver in the swear box. Will I be allowed in the Club next week?

(back to M Mac)
n-night. -- Jem
I had to pay thrice that amount Jem after I got locked in the d-u-n-g-e-o-n by Matron last week! You will have to try harder than that if you want to keep up with me. Anyway, if they let the likes of me in - you will have no problem next week ;o)
Jem, am sure absolution will be dished out at a price and you are welcome back anytime, though of course I do disapprove of coarse language as Ena will confirm. (wheeeze)
Matron, there is absolutely nothing, I repeat nothing wrong with bad language. Now, bad spelling is altogether another matter. wheeeeeeeeeeze ;o) More tea Vicar? I don'y mind if I do either
picky, just plain picky thats you, will put the kettle on then

muttters...they are never satisfied
I didn't mean tea actually matron. just a figure of speech you understand. How can I put it gently? My watering can is EMPTY!
God grief woman you are a bottomless pit, here is another vatful, hic!!
You taught me well too, Matron ;o)
I needed that last refill thank you Matron. That wasn't the same bucket you had for slinky.kate last week was it? No matter alcohol is a kind of steriliser is it not. Right then, I think I shall wend my way home. Trying to be on one's best behaviour had been somewhat of a slight challoenge, but when all is said and done the first aid box remained in the pantry. So I consider myself well done tonight (especially on the raffle - just for a change). Thank you for a pleasant evening, don't forget your bouquet and Chateauneuf du Pape. Don't overdo the locking up tonight mamya, sweet dreams and ttfn♥
All your lovely gifts are in my little garret, I wish everyome a very good night and will see you all next week, take good care now.

Mamya aka Matron ♥
