We are as good as Algeria Sara...10 of their players were born in France btw...but weren't good enough to play for them.

There are 11 highly-paid professional players on the pitch............and why one of them didn't take the game by the scruff of the neck, ignoring the manager's strategy, I don't know.
Then, had a goal been scored, Capello wouldn't have been able to tear a strip off them !

the team as a whole were not playing well but more notably wayne rooney was really bad, giving the ball away too much and just not getting involved. I will reserve judgement until slovenia but suffice to say its the last chance saloon for england, they need a convincing victory.

It used to be the case that you didn't get paid for playing for England. Now they do. Don't know how much. In any event, all the England players donate their match fees to charity via the Team England Footballers Charity.
