I don't really support league football, but do like international footie. But since there is a final tonight between an English club and a Spanish club, I will support the English one, despite my connection with Spain. If I were there tonight, my Spanish friends would be supporting Barcelona, whilst I was cheering for Man U, and yet we'd all have a jolly good laugh about it.
