make that two... mine's just gone off in a strop!
No thanks, i`ve just got rid of my 14 year old and i don`t want another thankyou very much.
Oh I had one of them <shudders to think>, Apparently they do grow up eventually and become almost human, mine's now 22yrs and there are glimmers of a human being emerging!
Nooooooooo .......thanks !
My 14 year old daughter is ok, touch wood but my 20 year old son still has outbursts. Just read netibiza's answer and am hoping there may be light at the end of the tunnel !!
Mine's just turned 23.....and is doing a good job of appearing to be a grownup......except for the uni student booze binges.......when does THAT end??????
No way. My two are through that stage thank heavens, never again
Ah........... those nightmare years. Take heart a human being (and good friend) will emerge in 5/10 years time. Stay sane. X
Is it mainly girls? Boys don't seem to be as much trouble in my experience. A bit Kevin like perhaps, but not as obnoxious.

Give me boys any time!
Oh, I just read Jillius' answer!

Awwww! I was never that bad as a teenager but have a really nice relationship with my mum now.

She comes up and spends the day in Manchester with me quite often and we shop and chat over coffee and have a nice lunch and we go to shows and concerts together.

Just after my nan passed away, I had gone outside with my aunt and cousins and my aunt, mum's sister, said to me that I should have heard my mum talk about me (they'd been sat at nan's bedside chatting to her before she died) and that my mum said i'm her best friend.

So there is hope :)
grrrrrrrrr!!!!!
14 year old daughters !!!!!
according to mine I only have two faults
EVERYTHING I DO
AND
EVERTHING I SAY

then there's the bloomin' boys
like the proverbial flies !!

Am I right ?
I'm not wrong !

When my daughter and son were in there teens I could not bear to be in the same room as them they would start an argument with one another over just a look. Now they are both married and they can't do enough for each other looking out for each other. Only thing is they just have 1 son each so they not going to experience what I went through with them. But I love them to pieces.
robknot, if your question was meant for me, i meant my daughter is 15 today.
my daughter is 12 and like that already...:(
