Yes until Boris comes back to save us

who better?

we tried boris and he was rubbish

I'm not.

I don't know about "we", Tora, but there's a strong liklelihood that those two will be in high office within a year.

I'm quite looking forward to it because, from what they've been telling us, all the country's problems will be solved if they're elected. Apparently we're all going to rolling in money, we'll each have our own hospital (which we won't need because all disease will be eradicated), There will be no wars, plague or pestilence. a loaf of bread will cost fourpence and nobody who doesn't fancy it will need to work.

And on day 2.....     🤣

It sounds very much like what the Tories promised us last time.

Given that nothing works in this country at the moment, a change couldn't make anything worse could it?

You know the option if you want to make Britain great, rather than grate.

"It sounds very much like what the Tories promised us last time."

That's because, as I've frequently said, all politicans tell lies. This is especially so when they are trying to persuade you to vote for them. Anybody basing their vote on what politicians have promised them is foolish.

"Given that nothing works in this country at the moment, a change couldn't make anything worse could it?"

You like to think not. However, having lived under a number of Labour administrations, I do not share such optimism.

You are about to find out that it can I suspect.

Still, if nothing else it gives the Tories a chance to cleanse the Party of the TINO's that have dragged it down and prepare for the next election which they will have a good chance of winning if they do clear out.  Lets face it SKS is no Blair and is likely to be dumped within 6 months and one of COB's mates installed.

I had a laugh today. It seems Abacus of Labour has a rival.

Labour shadow Leveling up spokesman asked how many people claiming pension credit were born on or after April 2016. Treasury secretary Laura Trott, with a commendably straight face answered 'zero' adding ' they are at most 7 years old'
