Good morning. It is a cool overcast day with spits of rain in West Norfolk. Am gearing myself up to visit the Dentist, i broke a tooth and am having it filled this morning, then doing housework this afternoon. It is all go.

Rain - you are so lucky. No rain here for many weeks. Lawn like straw and far too hot for me.
Still have hosepipe ban from last year and it won't be lifted until at least December.
