With this investment by Ford, the OBR’s estimated loss to the UK economy (as a direct result of Brexit) for this year will be reduced by £150 million to £998.5 billion.

It’s not all good news though – apparently Piers Moron has said that ‘it is time to admit Brexit has been a disaster’, so even the stupid people are beginning to realise this universal truth.

£99.85 billion - maybe
Yes maybe. I have asked you previously to substantiate this claim that the OBR have forecast an annual loss of £100bn to the UK's GDP. You never have. So I'm largely out of this debate with you now as I don't want to be accused of being a swivel-eyed, xenophobic rabid loon. As I leave, have a read of this, which takes a more measured view of the situation you suggest is so dire:

The OBR £100 billion loss per year figure is even cited in the Daily Mail article – so it must be true.
NJ. Thanks for the link to 'Briefings for Britain'.
Why do you prefer to trust that site rather than the Office for Budget Responsibility? The OBR website states what they are and what they do, and they seem to be a reputable outfit - often mentioned in the news. BforB say nothing about their aims and intentions apart from having prominent 'union jack' patterns on their site.
Sadly, the word 'Britain' has been hi-jacked, as has the UJ, by right-wingers. It's all happened before. In the sixties, Carnaby Street and pop music and fashion enjoyed celebrating Britain and the UJ was prominent. Then racists came along and pinched it all.
And so it goes.
Still, we all seek out reassurance that our views are the right-thinking person's, and so we tend to read what comforts us in our stance.

I don't trust either of them. I have spent quite a bit of my working life managing forecasting systems and I know that all forecasts are wrong - some more than others. They are largely matters of opinion.

As far as the £100bn per year figure goes it represents 5% of the country's GDP and recent GDP figures show nothing like that level of movement. That's why I query it. But as I said, I'm out of the discussion now as there have been too many insults bandied about. I don't make insults on here and I do not continue with any discussions that degenerate into them. Hymie must get his nightly entertainment elsewhere.

As I’ve said before, Brexiteers and stupid people don’t change their views to fit the facts, they change the facts to fit their views – that is exactly what NJ is doing in his post above.
Question Author
By the way, if I do come across some genuine Brexit benefit, such as a printing firm who is coining it in, printing millions of extra customs forms that must be completed in triplicate – I will post details on this site.
But I suspect it is some French firm that has won that contract.
The problem is hymie, your mind is incapable of seeing benefits or lack of in anything other than £ signs. Is money everything to you?
Question Author
Ah yes, I’m still waiting for the Brexiteers to list some of those already delivered enormous Brexit benefits.
we have countless times you ignore them because they do not fit with your warped narrative.
Question Author
Which the Brexiteers want to keep secret (because they don’t exist).
How about listing the benefits one more time?

Go on, you know you want to...
