You'll have to let us know where you shop, Roy. Folk here returning from visiting the UK where surprised to find that Ireland, though suffering some increases, is now nowhere near as expensive as the UK.

Same's been said when we've been chatting to a very large group of UK visitors here for an event this week.

Brexit effect ?
gness, I spy a lucrative business opportunity here.

Sending food parcels at discounted prices to ABers :-)
A few increases may be because of Brexit, Canary but it's not had a big impact. We received a huge donation from the European Commission to mitigate any impact of Brexit.
Living where we do and especially through our lockdowns we bought online from the UK. We have had to change that from buying from the UK to buying from Germany.

petrol was over £1.90 a while ago; now £1.65. My favourite yoghurts, after nudging up from £2 to £2.20 for four, are now £1.75. Cereal bars have done the same, £1.75 for three, down from £2.25. But you may have to shop around.
