I am finding it hard to do mash potatoes ie not having strength. Anything I can use. Do have stick blender and food processor. Shall I try that

As Ellie has said, just boil them for longer.
Boiling potatoes longer than necessary makes them watery and not very nice.
Wanted to add that microwaveable mash from Iceland and from the Co-op aren't that bad.
Could your sister do the mashing, JJ?

Cut potatoes up very small, before boiling, jj
