Heard a shout coming from downstairs ,from Er indoors

Daughter rushed down to see what was wrong .

Er indoors had only spilled her jigsaw puzzle she has been putting together now for days , on the floor .

Granted, it is one given to her by other daughter of the three of them and the pieces are very small .

As you were ( or has she were )

that must be annoying, especially if you don't find all the pieces, and do the jigsaw again and find that some are missing.

Did any of the pieces stay connected...sometimes they do.

So would I have shouted and screamed.. How frustrating!

If the pieces were squares I would say - ''Oh well, back to square one '' :-)

Even more frustrating - she had already completed about three quarters of it

I hope she doesn't forget about my tea as she gets engrossed in it again :-)

There is website called "jigidi puzzles", where you can do jigsaws on line. They have different levels of difficulty and pieces, and lots of different types of pictures, eg landscapes, animals. You can leave a semi completed one and come back to it later. It is all free. Might save the disasters happening!

If Er indoors tries the website, might I suggest she starts with a small puzzle to get used to manipulating the key board. I use the mouse to zoom out, then put the side pieces on the left and the others on the right. Hope she gives it a go!

I don't know if i should risk it and remind her it's past tea time and can she go and get me some nosh

I also build jigsaw puzzles and it can be very hard to find the pieces when they fall and I sometimes drop pieces on the floor I hope that she gets on well with it I'm currently working on a very difficult one called garden puppies from the works.
