He inherited his money, No, not all of what he has.

Has been involved in bankruptcy 8 times, I believe he has a couple of hundred companies so 6 going under is par for the course over the amount of time we are talking about.

And it's been calculated that he'd be worth a lot more if he'd just invested in a managed fund. That is extremely subjective and would depend on when you took valuations etc. It also assumes the right funds were gone into at the right time etc. Even managed funds vary a lot and its not simply a matter of putting your brass in one and hoping. Well not to make that sort of money.

He is not the best businessman by far, but successful he certainly is as he aint broke.
Forbes rates trump's fortune and how he achieved it as a 5. The Forbes 400 a score on a scale from 1 to 10 -- a 1 indicating the fortune was completely inherited, while a 10 was for a completely self made fortune. More importantly the scores denote who inherited some or all of their fortune (1 to 5) and those who truly made it on their own (6 to 10).
Which bit of this is too difficult for the Donald bashers to understand.

The only reason he is looking at what appears to be a potential free trade deal with the EU is because he went in first with the big guns to show he meant business.

The result of those big guns is..... a better deal all round.

Without the big guns... no change or slow change or bad change.
‘The result of those big guns is..... a better deal all round’

I’d really love to try to see you qualify that.
Juncker hasn't been elected, but his job is none the less to work for the EU electorate.
Trump recentl said he'd been playing golf in Scotland the day before the referendum and predicted the outcome.

Now, given the options, he had a 50/50 chance. However, since he was not playing golf in
Scotland until the day AFTER the result, he lacks a wee bit credibility.
Trumpo clearly isnt flavour of the week on Furnace Friday.

//I wouldn't mind him giving Brexit a go. He couldn't do any worse.// yeah agreement on that one
as for saying one thing one day and the oppo the next
we have politicians doing that anyway dont we?
...

and as for the one who says he has been bankrupt 8 times - is he the same who chortled a month or so back,
8 bankruptcies out of 756 companies isnt BAD!

DO we get a gusset-grabber as the head of the table
but havent we had that before ( Lloyd George)

well what would he do?
he would make himself even richer
and make his very rich Cabinet ( already the richest in History) very very rich ( the richest in History even more!)
Hooray!
His 'job' is none the less to use the EU electorate for his own aims & goals. The EU elite just do what they must to retain control and power. They are the European aristocracy, and to think that occurs even in this millennium !
Well done Donald for getting the remains of US soldiers returned - none of the other Presidents managed it in the last 65 years.
Sounds more like a result for Barnier.

Before arriving Trump says he is going to slap massive tariffs on the EU. Then after the talks he caves in and says he has agree to slap no tarrifs..

EU 1 - 0 USA
Gromit, the markets seem pleased with what the two of them have agreed. As an expert in international financial markets and international trade agreements, what's your problem? Ah, yes, I know. Mr Trump's the devil incarnate.
With #45's record , even if he did agree a US / UK trade deal he would go back on it as soon as it suited him. Then he would lie and say he never agreed to it in the first place.
Eddie, he'll do what he thinks is best for his country. Your crystal ball is redundant.
