There is some good software out there for this, it seems plod has gone to some dodgy supplier.

What did you expect?

The civil service are way behind on technology, being more concerned with tick box employment rather than best person for the job. And of course can't draw up a contract for toffee.

The Gov. do seem to be spectacularly useless at anything involving computers. Surprising as they must spend more on it than anyone else.
