Sorry I don't know how to post this link and I have no knowledge of this cricketer. However one photo of him with a dead deer seems to be causing an uproar on FB so thought I'd share. Apologies if this has already been discussed.

Calm down ummm? - used to love this site but think that time has passed. So much negativity - you get shot down in flames just for having an opinion.

There's no negative comments aimed at you, Maggie. As far as I can see the answers are all to do with deer hunting.
Maggie...learn to post a link ....please !...its not difficult !
How many of you deer shooting supporters abhor eating horse meat ?

Or dog meat ?

Most of you, I bet, you hypocrites.
That doesn't make someone a hypocrite! Plenty of people have eaten horse when abroad. I tried rabbit once...I hated it...does that make me a hypocrite because I quite like venison?

That kit is almost the same as one of mine in the link picture above from Shooting News. Looks like a Steyr SSG,NightForce Scope and Harris. Same as my set up. I still can't see the pen though. !
I love horse meat. Always ate in France and Malta. As good as steak and very lean as is rabbit and venison. Might of eaten dog but with the curry sauce I couldn't be sure. Might of been moggy but it wasn't chicen. I am not a hypocrite because I shoot and eat meat btw. :-)

I don't eat caged singing birds if that is any consolation.

That's not a caged singing bird, it is frequently perched on it's branch squawking.
