I am currently with Sky as part of their tv, telephone and broadband package and think it is good value for money. I have also been with tiscali and never had a problem.

The only advice I have read is to be careful about paying added monthly amounts for 'up to 8mb' as many areas can't get more than 2mb. Anyway - 2mb seems to be good enough for the average user.
I like Tiscali.

If you already have Cable TV etc., then Virgin do good combined packages (they used to be Telewest and NTL).
Hi Laura, I am with Virgin, they offer several different packages. I have had no trouble with them at all. I have recently upgraded to 8mb and I only pay 14.99 per mth. This includes free telephone calls evenings and weekends.
Highly recommended.
Good luck it is a bit of a minefield isn't it?
I have been with talktalk (Carphone Warehouse) for nearly a year. I know they had some bad publicity at the time, but I've had no real problems.
Laura,I used to be with AOL not very good changed to Sky like bishopman, but you have to have Sky already to get their broadband but the lowest speed on Sky doesn't cost you anything.
