hi I wish to change my phone to a new one do I just bye a new phone take out the Sim from my old phone and put it in the new phone . will it just work or do i need to do other things

You need a phone that is "unlocked", which means it will work with any provider. carphone wahrehouse phones are all unlocked, although they will not tell you this, so you can buy a phone there throw away the sim card that comes with it and use your old sim card...
